I have not received a response from Freihofer's. The inconsistent slice thickness seems to have gotten worse lately.

The Italian and sourdough is not very good . The texture is awful and so is the taste. The slices are now smaller.

Tooooo thick. Overwhelms the contents of the sandwich.

Are you trying to make America even fatter? And less healthy?

Or is it simply the bean counters. Larger portions mean more sales.

I been buying your Italian bread for a really long time and it was ALWAYS amazing, now the past month or more, it seems like it's not being baked enough, too doughy. Please resolve this issue or I will be forced to buy from somone else, I will find a new favorite bread. Thank you!

I bought a box of Freihofer's chocolate chip cookies for the first time in 20 years. I noticed the packaging was different, but trusted that the cookie would be the same as it always was.

They are nothing like they were! The shape, thickness, flavor, and texture are all wrong. What happened?

I ate one and threw the box out. I wish I had known the last one I ate would have been the last one forever.

The hot dog bun were not cut right and could not use.This is not the frist time it has happened. We real like these buns but can't keep spending good money on your product so we are sorry but will not buy these again .

Ballpark has the same kind so we will be buying them now . Thank for nothing

Groceries are expensive enough without issues with a product. So I bought a package of hot dogs rolls only to find upon serving the hot dogs to family that the rolls were not cut right so I went through the whole package to only have 1 roll cut evenly.

The rest of the rolls were thick in one side and paper thin on the other. Just terrible.

I prefer those rolls over the cheap ones but in this case I was better off buying the cheap ones. At least Ive never seen an uneven cut in store brand rolls.

I have been a loyal customer of your Premium Italian Bread. Of late, I have noticed the quality of the Italian bread has changed: The bread is sliced thinner and, more importantly, there seems to be more air bubbles in the slices, often times, straight through the slice.

Have you changed your recipe?

I am not enjoying this bread as it is being sold now. Please consider restoring your former baking practice for this product.

Wife and i shoppiig at shop rite on sunday evening december 12 2021 located at central avenue Albany ny . As we were deciding what products of yours we were debating to purchase this bully associated with yuor business approched us in a very rude manner and stated the following "your killing me i just arranged this shelf now your making a mess.

He then proceeded to remove two of your products we were debating and placed such a bottom shelf. This was difficut for us to bend as we are long retired and elderly. What a bully! We left complaint with supermarket manager by name of Mike.

They changed the flavor and texture, during the Covid shutdown.

What is Bimbo, the bread's maker, they ruined it.

No full texture and lack of taste, still charge a Premium, though!

I tossed the two loaves I bought and; contacted them by email, however they did say they changed the taste a little! And would tell whomever that I was not pleased, the store brand no name is better and several dollars cheaper.

But either I wrote down the phone number incorrectly or they left the wrong number? At this point in time not sure what to do.

we bought freihofers chocolate chip cookies. These have been a real treat for years and years.

The recipe must have changed drastically because the cookies we bought were a floury chocolate chip mess. the cookies couldn't even hold together.

I guess the times (cheap out) have changes. A local company bites the dust from making their product for less.

The last few times I have bought your bread. Has been very old.

Now admittedly, he only overcharged me by a dollar. On that particular Saturday, I was wearing older clothes which were soiled from working on my deeded property, so he probably guesstimated that I was too poor and/or too poorly educated to complain about his dishonesty.

Imagine, however, how much extra, tax-free money he can pocket if he "deceptively and cleverly " overcharges every customer. Watch your back with this dirty, little man.....and by all means, watch your wallet.
